January Listening Events – Book by Friday 5 January

3 January 2024

LOC Listening Exercise

Throughout December, over 30 LOC members attended LOCSU’s online and in-person listening events and shared their thoughts on a range of topics.

Learning and feedback from these events are helping LOCSU to understand the support LOCs require in developing and implementing local strategies; and how we can improve LOCSU services and support. Feedback will also inform a new model constitution which meets LOC obligations laid in statute, while enabling flexibility to accommodate differing LOC models.

Due to the online events proving more popular, the remaining January sessions will now be hosted online and remain open to any LOC member who has not already attended a listening event:

  • 8 January 2024, 1.30pm–3.30pm
  • 8 January 2024, 6.30pm–8.30pm
  • 10 January 2024, 1.30pm–3.30pm
  • 10 January 2024, 6.30pm–8.30pm

To book one of these events, please click here. Please note that booking for these events closes on Friday 5 December.

Availability

A waiting list will be held should there be more than two expressions of interest per LOC; LOCSU will ensure that all spaces are filled to maximise LOC input.
