National OCT Conference 2023

16 December 2022

The National OCT Conference, 1.5 days of high-quality clinical education on OCT and Myopia Management, will be held at the Celtic Manor Hotel, Newport, South Wales, 12–13 March 2023, immediately prior to the Optix Conference 13–15 March.

The focus this year is on clinician led discussion workshops, interlaced with lectures, covering a wide range of clinical topics related to OCT (full day Sunday) and Myopia Management (Monday morning).

It will be a true clinical case-fest loaded with CPD points. Sunday’s OCT Case-fest will feature two keynote lectures from Professor Pearse Keane “Impending challenges in eyecare and the role of AI technology”, and Dr Christiana Dinah “Clinical benefits of OCT & OCTA in diabetic retinopathy” and 3 tracks of discussion workshops to select from, topped off by a networking dinner. The following morning – Myopia Monday provides a balance of lectures, case discussion workshops and a panel discussion, bringing you the very latest clinical evidence from this fast-moving field for you to apply in practice tomorrow. Monday attendees are eligible to stay and attend the Monday afternoon Optix session free of charge, should they wish.
