PCSE online/eGOS claims system now live for new users

18 December 2020

PCSE has announced that their onboarding process for online GOS claims has reopened. Any contractors who have not yet started to submit GOS claims online should read on and take action.

Users will now benefit from a number of service improvements which have been implemented over the past two months that have enhanced system performance.

Please note that PCSE online is different to the PPE portal, so all contractors who wish to submit GOS claims online need to register.

PCSE have created a suite of resources to support you, including a Welcome Pack and various short videos.

Contractors are encouraged to move to online submissions, however paper forms will still be available for contingency use. The current paper forms are only valid for claims up to 31 Jan 2021. From 1 Feb 2021, a new style paper GOS form will be used. Contingency packs were issued to contractors by PCSE in September. If you did not receive a supply or need more forms, they will be available to order from 11 January 2021.
