WOPEC and LOCSU Organise Free Peer Discussion

25 November 2021

Virtual Peer Discussion

WOPEC and LOCSU are holding a free virtual peer discussion around LOCSU’s clinical pathways on Monday 13th December.

The event – which starts at 6:30pm – is provided for Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians represented by LOCs across England. It is 90 minutes long and has 3 CET points.

The Virtual peer discussion is comprised of three clinical cases from primary eye care practice. Each case will feature aspects of LOCSU Clinical Pathways, such as Children’s Vision, Integrated Cataract, Minor Eye Condition and Glaucoma Referral Filtering and Monitoring.

The session encourages reflection on how best to use extended primary eye care services in your region to deliver excellent care to your patients. Cases have been kindly provided by various LOC members.

Attendee numbers will be capped at 6 maximum per group to allow good interaction with your peers. CET points have been approved for 3 interactive peer discussion points.
