LOCSU has developed a ten-point guide to best practice relations in LOCs. It aims to ensure a welcoming environment to all local contractors and performers regardless of optical professional discipline or employer.
Areas include ensuring an open discussion, avoidance of hostile language and maintaining professional conduct.
