Professor Sally Lewis
Sally is the founder of Kintsugi International, a specialised consultancy focused on helping organisations achieve excellence in value-based healthcare.
Over her 30-year career, Sally has established herself as a distinguished leader in the field. As a general practitioner medical leader and policy advisor, through a holistic perspective of system-wide innovation, with a focus on driving sustainable, patient centred care, she has worked to transform healthcare systems worldwide. Notably, as the former National Clinical Director for Value-Based and Prudent Healthcare in NHS Wales and the founder of the internationally recognised Welsh Value in Health Centre, she has pioneered the development and implementation of Value-Based Health Care (VBHC), tightly focused on delivering the most beneficial and effective care and patient outcomes in balance with costs.
Tim Bradshaw
Tim is a former Intelligence Officer and graduate of Sandhurst. His work as a Covert Human Intelligence Officer saw him recruit, run and build relationships with foreign agents worldwide. Often creating influence and effecting the outcome of extremely sensitive and dangerous situations. Tim’s experience and understanding of creating influence, building resilience and leadership forms the basis of the work he carries out with clients and audiences worldwide.
Tim founded, and is a director of Sandstone Communications, an international leadership and trauma training consultancy. He is Chief Executive Officer of the Sandstone Foundation delivering resilience workshops to young people.
