LOCSU has developed some guidance for LOCs on understanding conflicts of interests and processes to mitigate and manage these. It provides examples of potential conflict of interests, how to prevent and avoid these where possible, how to manage transparently and fairly, and how these should be recorded and outcomes communicated.
