Facilitated Online Induction Programme
Book now for the in-depth Facilitated Induction programme which is hosted using our Thinkific online platform. This approach will include the opportunity to participate in private, online group discussions with other new members, group webinars focused on specific LOC topics and activities designed to support delegates to become effective LOC members quickly.

- Week 1 – Monday 13 January: Orientation Week – You and Your LOC
Enrol on LOCSU’s training academy by Monday 6 January and start working though content online in your own time.
- Week 2 – Content released on Monday 20 January: What is a LOC?
- Week 3 – Content released on Monday 27 January: LOC Functions and Governance
- Week 4 – Content released on Monday 3 February: Who does the LOC communicate with?

Launch webinar introductions and overview of LOCSU with Janice Foster, CEO at LOCSU.
- Week 2 – Monday 20 January, 7.00pm – 8.00pm:
Webinar – Setting goals workshop and round-up of week one.
- Week 3 – Thursday 30 January, 7.00pm – 8.00pm:
Webinar ‘LOC Functions’ with Louise Robinson, Business and Operations Development Lead at LOCSU, who will update on the constitution consultation.
- Week 4 – Tuesday 4 February, CPD Webinar, 7.00pm – 8.00pm
Discussing the acronyms ICS, ICBs, PCNs, and an introduction to commissioning with Andy Byrne, LOCSU Advancement Lead.

We anticipate that delegates will need to allocate 3 hours per week during the course to complete the reading and activities.
