This year’s event will take place on Sunday 18 – Monday 19 May 2025 at Hilton Birmingham Metropole. With the theme ‘leadership in a time of change’, NOC25 will feature engaging speakers, CPD workshops and an interactive marketplace, where delegates will have the opportunity to network, exchange ideas and learn from each other.

Janice Foster, LOCSU’s CEO, said: “NOC is back with a bang for 2025 and I’m very excited that we’re now able to announce that the first wave of registration is open.

“The theme of ‘leadership in a time of change’ is very pertinent given the backdrop of the Government’s ‘Change NHS – 10-year health plan’. As you will see from the outline agenda on the website, NOC25 has been carefully planned to provide delegates with tools and skills to identify and maximise opportunities through change with plenty of learning opportunities, both from speakers and each other, throughout the event.

“For the first time at the NOC, we’re excited to introduce an interactive marketplace which will showcase important contributions and innovations led by LOCs and primary care optometry to help to improve the health outcomes for people in England. The marketplace will allow delegates to network, exchange experiences and learn from each other, taking away ideas that they can put into action locally.

“With a packed agenda, I anticipate delegates will leave NOC25 feeling enthused, energised and armed with suggestions and actions for their organisations to consider. I very much look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at the event!”

Details of the event are available on the registration website here.
