PECs (also known as LOC Companies) were formed to act as the contracting vehicle between LOCs and NHS Commissioners to allow optical practices to provide eye health services locally.
From January 2020, please note that any material including policies and templates that references Primary Eyecare Companies/LOC Companies is designed for LOCSU-supported Primary Eyecare Companies only. LOCSU works with the following Primary Eyecare Companies:
